"Kenny is a good, honest contractor in the old style.  Kenny did a major remodel for us, removing walls, adding a bathroom, a screened-in porch, and an entrance and pretty much rebuilding the kitchen from below the floor up.  He was at the house A LOT.  His guys didn’t need a lot of supervision, but Kenny was still there to make sure everything was okay. He coached me through many of the decisions I needed to make, always keeping in mind my two priorities of value and quality.  Where Kenny saw a chance to save me some money, he was quick to point it out.  Where a subcontractor or supplier made a mistake, Kenny caught them and made them fix it.  In an older house like ours, there can be some unpleasant surprises when walls come down or floors or decks are checked out more closely.  Kenny worked with me to fix what needed to be fixed in a solid, but cost-effective way.  The carpenters that work for Kenny did a lot of the basic work in both fixing up problems and making the planned renovations, and I think the fact that they could do so much was one of the reasons that Kenny was the low-cost choice among the three contractors I talked to.  My wife and I are still very pleased with the result now, two years later, and we still think we got great value for the money.  My experience with Kenny was spectacular!  I’m very happy with all that was done.  I was also happy with all the subs that Kenny brought onto the project.  Todd Massey at Advanded Electric did a very good job, in my opinion, as did Andy Cheek the plumber.  There were many surprises that came up during the renovation of my home but none of them seemed difficult for Kenny to handle."
